Except as otherwise set forth herein, BiLumix shall not be liable or responsible for any other actions or damages (special, consequential, or incidental) related to the products set forth herein. The purchaser is responsible for returning the product and bears the shipping costs.
Warranty Terms
All warranties are conditioned upon the use of the products under normal conditions and when used solely for the intended purpose (i.e., medical use in a medical setting). We reserve the right to determine the cause of breakage or failure of all the terms.
IMPORTANT to note that the BiLumix™ 1.5x Loupe and battery are not covered under warranty.
FAQ's.
The light source has a maximum brightness of Max 150,000 Lux (Intensity varies with distance).
The battery lasts for about 7.5 hours continuously at maximum intensity using large capacity battery and 4.5 hours when using medium capacity battery.
The battery lasts about 12 to 15 hours continuously at medium to low intensity.
Charging Time: About 4.5 hours. Charger Output: 7.4 Volts / 3,500 mAh. Charger Input: USB type-c (included).
The Gen3 uses dual-angle lighting and dual diffused lights, which minimize shadows for clearer visibility and a better view of the operating field.
1 x External Battery Pack, 1 x Battery Charging Dock, 1 x USB Type-C, 1 x Travel Case, and 1 x Light Cap - Clear. (Loupes can be added as a custom option).
The system is compatible with the 1.5x Loupe, 2.5x Loupe, 2.5x FLEX Loupe, 4.0x Loupe, and 4.0x FLEX Loupe, 2.5x Ergo, 3.0x Ergo
The warranty lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase. It covers the light source and the body of the headlamp. Note: The 1.5x Loupe and battery are not covered under this warranty.
Once the initial 1-year warranty period has expired, a repair service will become available. This covers Light Source Issues (LEDs/sockets), Front Body Repairs, and Rear Body Repairs.
