J40/1202/2014, with unique tax registration code RO32418738, owner of the website bilumix.eu and hereinafter referred to as ADM Global Trade SRL, is the data controller of the buyer when processing his personal data.

We can be contacted at any time in connection with the processing of personal data, at the e-mail address office@bilumix.eu, with the mention “for the attention of the data protection officer”.

What data we process

Bilumix.eu collects and processes only the data necessary to provide the buyer with a flawless service when placing an order on the bilumix.eu website.

Personal data is collected directly from the buyer; therefore, the buyer has full control over the information he wants to communicate.

The completion by the buyer of the form on the site, at the time of placing an order, and / or the creation of a customer account is equivalent to unconditional acceptance that the data thus entered will be included in the database of bilumix.eu and processed by ADM Global Trade SRL and its collaborators (IT, accounting, courier etc.).

Refusal to provide the requested data at the time of placing the order, determines the impossibility of honoring orders.

Bilumix.eu stores and processes personal data on the territory of Romania.

If the buyer has opted for online payment by card, the processing of the card data will be done on the servers of the payment processor NETOPIA PAYMENTS.

The card or payment data will not be accessible to Bilumix.eu and will not be stored by Bilumix.eu or by the payment processor integrated in the website, but only by the institution authorizing the transaction or by another entity authorized to provide services for storing card identification data.

Data of minors

Bilumix.eu does not process the data of minors under the age of 16.

Duration of retention of personal data

Personal data protection policy for recruitment

In order to carry out the recruitment process and to fill a position within ADM Global Trade SRL (Bilumix.eu), the personal data of the candidates will be collected and processed by our company.

Bilumix.eu will process only the personal data strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose mentioned above, i.e. the personal data mentioned by the candidates in the CV and/or letter of intent communicated, including but not limited to name and surname, image (if any), e-mail address, telephone number, educational level, skills and abilities, work history, driving license, professional certifications, plus any other data communicated voluntarily.

Bilumix.eu will process sensitive data only if necessary for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations or, where appropriate, exercising specific rights of the controller or the data subject in the field of social security and social protection, in accordance with applicable law.

The provision of personal data is voluntary.
